Friendly Fill-Ins

https://mcguffysreader.blogspot.com/

1. In the Spring, I look forward to the day supermarkets carry STRAWBERRIES!

2. I would love to have a board game and card game party.

3. Few know this about me, but I have always wished I could be athletic but with my health problems it's rather impossible.

4. No one ever calls my cell phone which makes me wonder WHY do I have one?!?! (answer... for emergencies basically)

  1. I love your new header, all your kitties are adorable. I have 13 cats, when I started blogging I had 15. THank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I like your party idea. Fresh strawberries will be nice. Have a good weekend!

    1. Thanks. Worked hard on that header. Put a lot of thought into it. I appreciate the kind words. I like the party idea myself shame I don't have any friends that live in the area. I have ate like 4 things of strawberries. A local grocer down the road from me had them on for 95 cents a pint. I went nuts and bought 4 ate them in 2 days. Least they are good for you. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND.

  2. I love strawberries, too.

Rarely does anyone call my phone. It is so rare that it rings that I mostly view it as a camera instead of a phone. I'd rather take pictures than talk on the phone anyway. :)

    Have a blessed weekend!

    1. Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I know what you mean about using it as a camera more. I do that... and upload a lot of CAT pictures to instagram.

      Have a GREAT weekend.

  3. We got rid of our landline because we figured that we always had our cellphone with us, so why pay for a landline? Have a great week.

    1. I haven't had a landline since 2010 ... just don't need them when everyone has cellphones. I just have no one calling my cell either. LOL that's what happens when all your friends are online and you have no family. But I agree... I wouldn't pay for a landline. They could give me one for free for EMERGENCIES but no... it's not worth it. Have a great weekend and week!

  4. You had me at strawberries... :) I picked some up at the store today, and Princess Nagger scarfed down half of them already! :)

Board game or card game parties are so much fun! I used to have a spaghetti feed and game night party once a month, but then I moved to PA and my friends in WA scattered to the winds during my 16 year hiatus. I'm gonna have to reinstate at the very minimum Game Night! :)

No one ever calls my cell phone either - I get more wrong number calls than legit calls!

    Have a great weekend!

    1. I get lots of wrong number. For 3 months straight I got some dude named JEFF calling from the local jail. I was like I know NO JEFF! Felt bad for him cause he felt like he was calling the right number I guess.

I would love to have a game night but I know NO ONE where I live... even though I've been here 4 years.

      Thanks for commenting.

  5. I love strawberries. It has been years since I have seen any for 95 cents. I like board games but don't know anyone else who does. I get mostly calls from places that want me to send them money, rarely from friends. But I do get a lot of texts.

    1. That's my problem. I love games but board and card games are hard to find other people to play with me. I get wrong numbers and telemarketers more than anything. Thanks for commenting.

  6. Well, about that phone: call someone! Then they can call you back. Strawberries are a weakness of mine. Yum. We used to have Game Nights, before Bill stated driving a truck. They were a lot of fun, too. HUGS.

  7. Sadly, I don't have anyone to call. That's really pathetic to say but it is the truth. I miss game nights with my Mom and Dad. I wish I knew enough people to get one going here. HUGS!
