In Other Words, gigantic…

https://patriciasplace.me/
gigantic
adj: extremely large or extensive, enormous

Write a story or poem of 5 Lines or Less using the word gigantic

She had a gigantic heart which always ended up getting broken.
Some people think it's crazy that she still has a smile on her face.
Especially since most of her life has been nothing but a roller coaster ride ending in pain.
She doesn't care what they say though, she's herself, and that's enough.

  1. So often it is the ones with gigantic hearts who feel the most pain. I'm suspecting that Martha is not a monster at all, she has just learned to be tough on the outside to hide that gigantic marshmallow heart. <3 Come and join us for Six Sentence Stories next Thursday and at Ten Things of Thankful this weekend. The links to both are on my sidebar!

    1. The only reason I am called MonsterMartha truly is because of my love for Horror Movies. Inside I am a HUGE softy. I will come join you for both of those. Thanks so much for the invite and for commenting.

  2. Great story. One problem, the link at In Other Words goes to a 404 error page. Not sure why. Maybe try doing the link again. You are not the first this has happened to. :( Anyway, thanks for the story. I hope you try to link again.

  3. I tried to get over here, but could not get your blog. Google kept saying it could not be found. But, here I am! I am glad, too. It takes time, perspective, and courage to be who you know you are, even when others try to alter your thinking. Surviving is the reward. I noticed that you have asthma, too. I think we have a few things in common. I have joined you and subcribed. I look forward to reading more of your work. Hugs.

    1. Thanks so much for finding me. Sorry about the link I switched from a paid blog to a free one. Trying to cut costs and be a responsible adult. LOL. Thank you so much for the kind words. Surviving is the reward. I do have asthma and it's always a battle to handle it. I am prone to getting sick at the drop of a hat or temperature. LOL. Thanks so much for being here and I hope you will stick around. HUGS!
